A few weeks prior to this meeting Wil was asked to go to Brands Hatch to give James Fox a few tips on racing their Austin Healey Sebring Sprite around Brands Hatch circuit. Wil, always a happy to pass on his wealth of knowledge built up over the  last 50 years.

Wil was then asked if he would like to partner James Fox at the Masters Historic Festival, ‘yes’

was the reply.

Driving the car for the first time at a race meeting, he  qualified the car 2nd in class.

In the race James, having had some more coaching from Wil ,did his fastest lap on the GP circuit in the car.

With feedback on the settings The Foxes are going to have stiffer springs and an updated set-up to ensure that the car can go even better. Wil is down to drive the car again later in the season.
